Kenneth Ley- Co-Founder/CEO
Mr. Ley is a graduate of California State University Northridge and has acquired significant business experience. As an employee of House the Home Loan Store, Mr. Ley was promoted Brand Manager where he managed all brand operations, developed tactical sales planning, marketing strategies, analyzed financial data, and performed sales forecasting. During his tenure he acquired $11 million in new business. In addition, Mr. Ley was a Regional Sales Manager for the HSBC Group where he supervised the mortgage lending business and was responsible for 12 sales executives and 2 out-of-state underwriters.
Under his guidance the branch generated up to 100 new sale contacts per month, earned number one office twice in 2004, achieved 200+% of sales goals, and booked $17 million in new loans in 2004. As a Senior Account Executive, Mr. Ley was ranked as one of the top performing executives in 2003, maintained $400K average sales per month, and secured the divisional Presidential Award. Mr. Ley’s educational background coupled with his extensive business experience and accomplishments validate that he is capable to grow Chapter Group into financially successful business.
