Q. What are Stock Certificates?

A. These professional quality certificates represent ownership shares of your company's owners. Set of 22 Stock Certificates for corporations, LLC, or other business entities are available. The certificates are lithographed and imprinted. US orders only. Certificates will be imprinted with the name of your business, state in which organized, number of authorized shares and par value, if any. Once signed by the appropriate company office and the stock owner, the certificate is complete.
